Thank you. Yes, I do believe there is opportunity for other players- case in point Cred. The way to achieve it is through significant and continuous investment so as to create awareness and then incentivise users to change habits (i.e. move from GPay and PhonePe to another app). Having said that, hygiene factors like easy UX and near 100% payment success rate is non-negotiable.
And this is the very point I am trying to make that players would be willing to do this investment only when they see a revenue opportunity because at the end of the day, everybody is in the business of making money
